Formation of Contract between customer and Penny Hamilton Interiors.
Once you have placed an order and full payment has been received, a confirmation of order will be e-mailed to you.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Shopify Payments are PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts. No credit card details are stored by Penny Hamilton Interiors.
An acceptance of order will be e-mailed when goods are dispatched.
It is essential that correct contact and delivery details are given as we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage once they have been delivered to the advised address. Ownership and responsibility of the item will pass on delivery.
Cancellation Policy
