Refund policy

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however should you wish to return or the item arrived damaged or faulty we have a 14-day return policy, after you have received your item.

Should you have changed your mind the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for arranging the return and unfortunately covering the costs. It is important to use all the original packaging as returns must be received back in perfect condition in order for refund to be processed. We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels. 

Refunds will then be processed within three working days of receiving the returned items. Less the original postage/delivery cost. Refunds will be to the original payment method.

Should the item be faulty or damaged please include images with your email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Pierced earrings, or applicable products due to health and hygiene reasons

Items with damage to gift presentation box, where the item is no longer in re-saleable condition.
